BOOST YOUR EMOTIONAL WELLBEING WITH HEALTHY THOUGHTS

For your Emotional Health & Wellbeing, you need to make conscious effort to engage in healthy thoughts. What you constantly feed your mind really matters.

Today I am inspired to share my daily devotional reading with you.

The book of Philippians chapter 4 Vs 8,gives us a blueprint for healthy thoughts.

“ Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things”

So in a nut shell focus on things that are:

✅ True

✅ Honest

✅ Just

✅ Pure

✅ Lovely

✅ of Good Report, Virtue and Praise

Do not spend your energy on things that are:

❌ Untrue

❌ Insincere

❌ Unjust

❌ Impure

❌ Of Bad Report, full of vice and criticism/mockery
